My first attempt at baking bread, due to my mother's concern about what they put in the store bought stuff.

It hasn't cooled yet; I'm confident though. I thumped the bottom and it sounded right...
If you're interested, I used this recipe from King Arthur. It was relatively simple, and the results aren't bad.
