FOOD INC.

Brian and I saw Food Inc. the other day. Informative, eye-opening, and at times just plain SCARY. I used to feel like I freely chose what I decide to eat---but scarily enough our food sources have been taken over by politics, mega-corporations, genetic modification, hormones, antibiotics and what not, without our control.
It's playing at the discount theater on Colorado. I highly recommend checking it out. And I think most of it is posted on youtube anyway, so find it there too.
